Who we are

Axrio Labs ("we", "us") is a software engineering agency based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.axriolabs.com. Questions can be sent to contact@axriolabs.com.

Information we collect

Contact form: when you submit the project form we receive your name, email address, selected project type and message. Submissions are processed by our form provider, Formspree.

Scheduling: if you book a call through the embedded Cal.com scheduler, Cal.com processes the details you enter (such as name, email and meeting notes) under its own privacy policy.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which they use to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver projects you request, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement, then delete it. We use reputable providers and restrict access to the people who need it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@axriolabs.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or Sri Lanka under the Personal Data Protection Act), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
